Job Title: Field Supervisor<\/p>\n
As a Microinsurance Mobile Agent Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of mobile agents responsible for marketing our microinsurance products. You will play a key role in coaching, training and motivating your team to meet and exceed sales goals. You will work closely with management to ensure quality customer service, whilst contributing to the continued development and expansion of our market presence.<\/p>\n
Required Skills :<\/p>\n
Demonstrated experience managing sales teams, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry.
\nStrong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
\nExcellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
\nResults orientation and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
\nMastery of IT tools and ability to use sales tracking systems.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
University degree in business, marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
\nPrevious sales or marketing experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
\nIn-depth knowledge of insurance or microinsurance products and services would be an asset.<\/p>\n
